TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from MARKETPLACELOMBOK.COM and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
You can submit an order for products to MARKETPLACELOMBOK.COM by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the “Place Order” button. All prices are reflected in IDR and include VAT where applicable, excluding delivery and handling fee to locations in Indonesia. Goods supplied are not for resale. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing.
Availabilities of our products are as displayed on the products details. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved as products in high demand may sell out really quickly. You have to proceed to checkout and place your order to make sure your order is processed.
Make sure you check your order before confirming it. You cannot add more items to your shopping bag ONCE you have checked them out. We cannot modify/add the products for you.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), we will email you to advise you of the change. You will then need to resubmit your order.
Payment via bank transfer and credit card (Master Card and VISA via DOKU) are acceptable for order via this site.
For standard delivery we will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any).
Order is final once payment is made. It is adviced to keep your transaction proof, just in case.
If payment has not been made 1x24 hour, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will have to resubmit your order
You will be sent an email of your invoice once your payment has been successfully processed. Max. 1 day after you make your payment.
We ship to nationwide using JNE (www.jne.co.id) courier service from Jakarta, Indonesia. When placing your order, please take into consideration that we ship orders from Monday to Friday at 5 PM. Payment confirmation received after 5 PM or on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. We will ship your purchased item(s) once we have received the confirmation of your payment. Please kindly note we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange the items within 7 business days after the date of delivery.
Your watch must be in unused condition and in the original watchcase with all the tags still intact. If you have altered your watch in any form, with any other jewelry or watch company that is not La Mer Collections’ directly we will not accept your exchange.
Only 1 exchange is permitted after the original order has been placed. This applies to all orders through www.lamercollections.co.id.
These exchange policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We have a strict NO RETURN policy as we have performed an elaborate quality control of all of our products before we deliver them to our customers.
All La Mer Collections watches are sold at Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Your watch is warranted for a period of 12 MONTHS from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. The glass, battery, strap are excluded. Damages caused due to improper use of the watch are also excluded.
HOW TO ORDER
An Order Confirmation page will be generated, together with your order ID. Details of your order confirmation, payment confirmation, and delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email, or can be viewed in your account in the Order History.
MY ORDER ID
ORDER ID is a random digits reference number that will be generated after you submit your order. You will need your ORDER ID to confirm your payment and to check your order status.
REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT
Do I need to set up an account to shop at www.marketplace-lombok.com?
Yes, you need to register for an account to checkout your order. It will not only facilitate you in placing your orders but also give you more benefits such as receiving newsletters, updates, and special offers from us. It is important that you provide current, detailed, and accurate information to us on your account.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details if your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive any email confirmation, please check your spam/junk filter or contact us for confirmation. Please sign in to your account to view your recent order history, status, and tracking information.
MODIFY AND CANCEL ORDER
We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please review your order before confirming it. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it is final and has already been processed for delivery.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Our products can be viewed by clicking on the Categories link located in the header and footer of our web store. Click "VIEW DETAIL" on the product you want to see the product description.
2. Once you find the product you want, specify the amount you want to buy, then click "ADD TO CART". You will be selected to your Shopping Cart page. If you want to continue looking at other products, click "CONTINUE SHOPPING". You can remove the products you do not want by selecting the "REMOVE FROM CART" option located to the right of every product in your Shopping Cart. If you want to remove all products contained in your Shopping Cart, select "CLEAR SHOPPING CART".
3. After you have finished checking the product you want to buy, to proceed to checkout, click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". The availability of the product is not guaranteed until you confirm your order.
4. For registered customers, you will be asked to Sign In before you can continue your checkout order process. If you do not already have an account, click "REGISTER" to create an account and follow the steps.
5. Select an address, shipping method, along with a payment method to continue your checkout process. Once you have made sure all the information you have listed is correct and the product you ordered is the way you want it, click "PLACE ORDER" to confirm your order.
* You can use Billing Address as your Shipping Address by selecting the option "Ship To This Address"
6. Order Confirmation page will appear along with your Order ID Number More details about order confirmation, payment confirmation, along with delivery order confirmation will be sent to your registered email, or you can see it in your account on My Order.
MY ORDER ID
Order ID is the random reference number you will receive after you confirm your order. Order ID is required when you will make payment confirmation as well as browse your order.

MODIFICATION AND CANDER CANCELLATION
Confirmed orders can not be modified or canceled. Please be sure the information you specified is correct and the product you ordered is the way you want it. Your order is final and can not be canceled if payment confirmation we have received. The product you have ordered is not refundable.
