For the convenience and security of users, Marketplace Lombok provides a refund feature in which to secure Buyer's funds due to problems such as:
• Vendors do not process orders or vendors do not meet the order fulfillment requirements that have been set
• User wants to cancel Orders (Applicable if Vendor has not processed orders yet)
• Goods that the message is not appropriate or damaged, (not intended product images and product descriptions not in accordance with the image and product description available on the platform)
In this case the refund process can be claimed by listing: Order ID, Username, Bank Name, Bank Acc No, and sent to email: firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "Refund"
Users will get a notification via email or Phone registered for the status of the Refund process
